Welcome to the Data User Analysis Section.
 
This section is based on the CHA Standard Item Record.  The goal of this section is to help the data users to explain their needs to the data provider. The report provided by each user tells specifically which fields they are using, the level of importance of that field and if the information found in that field is of high or low quality. For example, one company may use item dimensions and another may not use this information, or a description field may be present but the words used to describe the item may be ambiguous.
 
Upon completion of this form we will e-mail you a confirmation and the supplier a notification of your request with in 12 hours.
 
Looking at the right hand side of the page, the top you can request a Quality Anaylsis by clicking on "Respond to This Survey."   And, you can use the text at the bottom to request to show a "Graphical Summary" of all of the responses, or a listing of "All Reponses".
